I help clients navigate many life challenges including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions while strengthening overall wellbeing and confidence. My style is warm and collaborative with an emphasis on practical tools you can actually use. I also offer life coaching and walk-and-talk therapy for clients who prefer a more active, natural setting. Think of therapy with me as a collaborative space where you can breathe, get curious, and make meaningful changes without feeling judged or rushed. Let’s work together to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
In our sessions, you can expect a comfortable, conversational atmosphere—nothing stiff or overly clinical. I ask questions, offer insights, and share practical strategies you can use in your daily life. We’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and make sense of what’s getting in your way at a pace that feels right for you.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me doing something that brings me joy and helps me recharge. I’m an animal lover and spend a lot of time with my best bud - my dog. I enjoy staying active, cooking delicious meals, getting lost in a good book, living a healthy, balanced lifestyle, and spending time with loved ones.
Please note, this is a self-pay practice and insurance is not accepted.
